TERMS & CONDITIONS

Ordering

In accordance with the Licensing Act 1964, it is an offence for any person under 18 to buy or attempt to buy intoxicating drinks. By placing an order you are confirming that you are 18 years of age or older, we reserve the right to refuse to deliver if we are unsure of this.

We cannot guarantee the availability of all products. Whilst we make every effort to supply beers exactly as specified but reserve the right to supply beers of equal or superior value in the event of that item being unavailable. If you would prefer not to receive substituted items please add a note to your order at checkout.

Bottles, glasses and labels can and do vary. The images shown on our website may not be the as current stock items. If the bottle, glass or label is important please check before ordering. Some glasses and bottles contain small blemishes such as air bubbles etc, these are the result of the manufacturing process and are not deemed to be faulty.

If you would prefer to place your order over the telephone please call us on 0151 228 8906 between 09:00 and 16:00 hours, Monday to Thursday. Payment can be made by credit or debit card as you speak to one of our staff.

Should you wish to make an amendment to your order please contact us as soon as possible. We regret that we are unable to accept amendments if your order is packed and ready for shipping.

Payment

Orders must be accompanied by payment. We accept credit card payment (Mastercard and Visa) and debit card payment (Delta, Solo, Switch and Visa Electron). We also accept payment by PayPal.

We can accept payment by cheque. Any order paid for by cheque will not be despatched until the cheque has cleared. Cheques should be made payable to The Three Graces Liverpool Ltd.

Delivery

We do not offer shipping to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands, BFPO addresses or anywhere outside the UK (except the Republic of Ireland – please see below). For any orders outside of the UK, please contact us direct for prices. 

Shipping to the Highlands of Scotland, outer Hebrides and all other islands – Shipping price on application.

Shipping to Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland- Shipping price on application.

No delivery charges will apply if you prefer to pick up your order from our premises.

Orders Under £60
For orders under £60, delivery is charged at £7.80, additional information is available from our online shop but we will ship your order within 5 working days, although we aim to have it sent within 24 hours of ordering. If your order is urgent, please contact us direct. 

Orders Over £60
For orders over £60, standard delivery is free but if you require an urgent delivery please contact us direct and there may be an additional charge. 

If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days after receiving your confirmation e-mail, please contact us so we can investigate.

Goods that are requested to be left without a signature are left at the customer’s own risk. In the unlikely event that a parcel is stolen we will liaise with the customer who must report the theft to Police.

All damaged goods must be signed for as damaged on the drivers manifest or alternatively refused and we must be notified, where possible, within 3 working days of delivery or expected delivery.

Where a signature is required to make delivery, our couriers reserve the right to deliver to a neighbour, please inform us at the time of ordering if this is not suitable.

The courier will attempt to deliver once after which parcels are returned to the delivery depot with a card left in your post. If arrangements have not been made to collect from the depot the parcel will be returned to us. Carriage charges incurred by us are not refundable if all attempts to deliver have failed. These will be charged at cost.

The Three Graces Liverpool Ltd accept no responsibility for failure to deliver due to circumstances beyond our control.

All delivery days quoted are estimates and we cannot guarantee deliveries. In the event of a delivery delay The Three Graces Liverpool Ltd cannot be held responsible for any subsequent losses occurred. We always aim to deliver the highest quality service available. Returning Goods

If you are not satisfied for any reason, goods should be returned intact within 7 days. The cost of carriage in this instance is the customer’s responsibility.

Pricing

All prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT.

We reserve the right to change prices without notice.

Whilst we try to ensure all pricing on the website is correct occasionally an error may occur and items may be incorrectly priced. If we discover a pricing error we will contact you and ask if you wish to continue with the order at the correct price or cancel. We will not be obliged to supply items are the incorrect price.

Guarantee

The Three Graces Liverpool  Ltd are completely dedicated to your total satisfaction. As a company, we are entirely dependent on our customers and welcome comments, suggestions, constructive criticism and complaints and will always do our utmost to help.

In the event of complaint, please contact us by telephone or email giving as much detail are you can. We aim to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to resolve within 72 hours. We will keep you informed if there is any delay beyond this.

When you make a purchase or register your details with The Three Graces Liverpool Ltd you consent to us recording, holding and using personal data to contact you regarding future offers. From time to time would like to send you updated information and offers but if you do not wish to receive such information, you may opt out at any time. We will not share your information with any commercial third parties. If you wish to know what information we hold for you you can email us, or fill in our online form, to request this information. 

Crime Prevention

For the purposes of crime prevention, the detection of offences and/or the apprehension or prosecution of offenders, we may share any information that we collect with the Police or other public or private sector agencies or representative bodies in accordance with the relevant legislation.
